The Wyoming Cowboys have named DB Azizi Hearn and OLB Charles Hicks as starters for their Opener against Nevada on Saturday . Hearn won a D1 Championship with the Pirates in 2016 . Hicks had a great High School career with Mission Bay and his senior season with the Hive .
