A group of Parents in San Diego have retained counsel to pursue a lawsuit against the state and interested parties. This suit will look to get youth sports back to CA as soon as possible, the team is still looking at the strategy but feels good about filing in the coming days , while it will be an uphill battle the Lawsuit adds to the the big momentum thats been happening in the state , Over 33k Parents have formed the #LetThemPlayCA (playca.org) group along with over 600 Coaches in the Golden State Coaches Association . The groups goal is to get the Governor to approve new guidelines that would see sports return in February. On Friday (January 15th, 4PM) over 350 Rallies will take place in California to show support for youth sports returning.
