1. Helix Highlanders

Outlook : The Scotties are deep and talented in the front seven , they have good size on the D Line with 6’6 Josh Simmons and 6’3 , 290 Shawn Martinez along with speed in their LB Core, its going to be hard to run on Helix and they can also apply pressure.
2. Oceanside Pirates
Members : Eric Tre Russell , Cannon Belew , Mckyle So’oto , Vincent Fonoti , Jason Mageo , Simi Makihele , Kavika Tua
Outlook : The Pirates have experience returning with DT’s Tre Russell and Cannon Belew that can control the Line of scrimmage along with a talented LB Core that has a stud in the Middle along with LB’s that can control the edge in Fonoti and Mageo , look for the Pirates to play old school Pirate D this season .
3. St. Augustine Saints
Members : Gracen Halton , Malcolm Williams , Chris Gaeta , Max Simon , Tangi Pongia , Luke Bolin .
Outlook : The Saints have a big , physical front Seven , Halton is one of the best DE’s in Cali along with gap stuffer Chris Gaeta and with an experienced LB Core watch out for the Saints defense this season .
4. Lincoln Hornets
Members : Isaiah World , Jason Boyle , Colton Guerrero, Maximus Abasolo , Kendall Williams , Saiyvionn Williams , Kenneth Stevenson , Diego Piche .
Outlook : The Hornets have a lot of depth on defense , World is an excellent DL committed to ASU , Piche has impressive Film along with a talented LB Core that features Jason Boyle and Colton Guerrero look out for Lincolns defense this season .
5. El Camino Wildcats
Members : Jacob Laga , Mackaveli Malotumau , Isaiah Tuipala , Johnny Mckenzie , Pea Misalefua , Taj Tavale , Noah Sega , Connor Malauulu ,
Outlook : The Wildcats are deep, talented and young , Noah Sega is the Veteran that will lead the LB core the D Line is strong with returners Tuipala , Malotumau and Transfer Pea Misalefua who started as a freshman for San Marcos and is one of the best Lineman in his class , throw in Jacob Laga, Taj Tavale and Johnny Mckenzie who have impressive films and EC is on the verge of having a very dominant defense .
6. Cathedral Catholic Dons
Members : Jaxson Moi , Justin Sabbatini , Lukas Otineru , Harmon Savaiinaea , Jacob Tausaga , Alex DiLorenzo .
Outlook : Good mix of returners and youngsters for the Dons , Moi has picked up a couple of D1 offers and Sabbatini looks to bring the energy at DE , Harmon is a talented LB along with veteran Lukas Otineru .
7. Torrey Pines Falcons
Members : Marco Notarainni , Matt Lauter , Zach Rowell , Jake Noble , Matthew Staycer .
Outlook : The Falcons will be lead by their Boise State commit LB’s Notarainni and Lauter , Rowell will being the pressure on the edge and watchout for Sophomore Matthew Staycer .
8 . Eastlake Titans
Members : Trey White , Christian Aguilar , Gabriel Acosta , Will Smith , Isaiah Hinojosa
Outlook: The Titans have a young talented core , White and Aguilar had really good sophomore season’s and are looking to lead a very talented Eastlake team .
9. La Jolla Vikings
Members : Max Smith , Dirk Germon , Diego Cortes , Simon Babin , Grady Mitchell
Outlook : The D2 Champs return many players on defense , Max Smith will lead the way at MLB along with Dirk Germon who’s a monster of the edge .
10. Vista Panthers
Members : Zach Schipper , LJ Turner , Ugochi Ochi
Outlook : Schipper and Turner will combine to make a good LB tandem and lead the Panther defense .
