Offense : QB Parks Odenweller makes his debut on Varsity if his Varsity play matches his JV film the Mavericks will have a special QB for the next two years. Star RB Aiden Lippert has opted out of the season in order to pursue a state championship in Track so the Mavericks will hand the ball off to stud Junior Christian Reynolds , Caden Wadsworth a returning very athletic Senior, Henry Vercoe a physical force and Syrus Chaloux a bruising LB that will get carries as well. The offensive line will be lead by Senior Jude Steffan (6’4 , 280) . University of Chicago commit Jayden Lucian will be the go to man at WR the Senior is a great athlete with game changing ability.
Defense : Senior DB Kris Sanchez is a physical specimen and a great tackler he will lead the secondary along with Joe Hurt , Hogan Flynn , Ethan Warnock and Colby Archer . At Linebacker Peter Patrick and hard hitting LB Syrus Chaloux will lead the way . The Defensive line is talented with Skylar Briggs who started as a sophomore and has had a great off season and has the versatility to play LB , Dillon Sparks is also talented and has an offer from Southwest Minnesota Sate. Joe Bowman could be one of the best kickers in the county , 3 Year varsity starter and a great athlete.
